These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PredictIndicators.ai and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Matrionix Corp ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity or organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that entity or organization.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Subscription Plans

PredictIndicators.ai offers subscription plans on a monthly or annual basis. Pricing is displayed on our pricing page and may change with notice.

3.2 Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for each billing period
• Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (Stripe, PayPal)
• Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated

3.3 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period at our discretion. Trial terms (duration, features included) will be specified at signup. Payment information may be required to start a trial, but you will not be charged until the trial ends.

3.4 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from your initial purchase date
• To request a refund, contact support@predictindicators.ai within 30 days of purchase
• After 30 days, payments are non-refundable except as required by law

3.5 Price Changes

We may modify subscription fees at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you do not agree with a price increase, you may cancel your subscription before the increase takes effect.

4. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code
• Remove or alter proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Share your credentials or allow others to access your account
• Use the Service to build a competitive product or service

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or court orders
• Engage in fraudulent activities or manipulate markets
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

PredictIndicators.ai and related logos are trademarks of Matrionix Corp. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written consent.

All third-party trademarks, logos, and brand names are property of their respective owners.

7. User Content

If you submit content to the Service (testimonials, feedback, reviews), you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, and distribute that content for any purpose.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit any content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose
• Implied warranties of non-infringement
• Warranties of accuracy, completeness, or reliability
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MATRIONIX CORP, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages
• Personal injury, property damage, or financial losses
• Trading losses or lost profits from using the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any errors, bugs, or interruptions in the Service
• Your use or inability to use the Service

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANYTHING.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Matrionix Corp and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or regulations
• Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Term and Termination

11.1 Term

These Terms are effective until terminated. Your subscription continues until cancelled per Section 3.4.

11.2 Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time per Section 3.4. Upon cancellation, your right to use the Service ends at the conclusion of your billing period.

11.3 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended non-use of the Service
• Discontinuation of the Service

11.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the Service immediately ends
• You must cease all use of the Service
• Refund provisions apply per Section 3.4
• Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, and governing law survive termination

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

YOU AGREE THAT ANY PROCEEDING, WHETHER IN ARBITRATION OR COURT, WILL BE CONDUCTED SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by:
